What’s your availability for live illustration events?
I usually book live illustration events a few months in advance, and this gives us plenty of time to prepare. But, feel free to get in touch as I may have availability on short notice.
How much does a live illustrator cost?
The cost of live illustration typically ranges from £500 to £2,000, depending on the length of your event and whether travel is involved.
Where can you provide live illustration services?
I’m based in Leeds and provide live illustration and graphic recording services throughout the UK and Europe. I’ve previously worked in cities like York, Manchester, and London, and I’m happy to travel further afield.
What’s the booking process for live Illustration?
After you’ve filled out the enquiry form, I’ll schedule a quick call with you to meet and discuss your event, and the goals of the graphic recording.
You’ll receive a link to upload an agenda, colour palettes, logos, and any other info I need for the event.
I’ll arrive to the event an hour early to meet you in person and get set up for the live illustration.
When will I receive the live illustrations?
All illustrations are created live during the event, and you’ll receive them immediately after.
Licensing - Will I own the illustrations afterward?
I retain copyright over the illustrations, but you will receive an exclusive illustration license, so you can use the images as needed for reports, marketing, and more.
Will you be able to understand our complex or technical presentations?
Yes! Before the event, I ask for an agenda and a list of any technical terms. I spend time researching these to ensure I’m well-prepared to make even the most complex ideas accessible for everybody!
What do you need at the venue for live Illustration?
I just need a small table, chair, and a power socket. I’ll bring an HDMI cable and adapter, but you’ll need to provide AV equipment if something else is required.
